The Bagot Cultural Gathering for 2008 is over! We hope you didn't miss it. There were so many highlights: the exhibition opening, the Figjam concert with Sunrize rocking until sunrise, Jamie giving us a masterclass in didgeridoo, Clinton nailing the spear-throwing target from 45 metres, line dancing, the Rhythm Train and all those kids, Young Guns, fun at Bagot all day and NO HUMBUG! Hey cousins, it was all good. See you next year! Congratulations to all those who were winners in the competitions. Thanks to all the people of Bagot Community in Darwin for hosting this event. Thanks to all the visitors who came to get a sense of what life is really like for Aborigininal Australians. A big thanks to Intercultural Services for organising the Bagot Cultural Gathering. Photos coming soon.
